Iran says five “terrorists” killed SE country

TEHRAN, June 13 (KUNA) — At least five “terrorists” were killed in an area in southeastern Iran, said spokesman for security directorate Brigadier Saeed Montazer Al-Mahdi on Monday.
Al-Mahdi added in a statement carried by Iran’s official news agency that “in addition to the killing of the terrorist group, a large amount of explosives which were prepared for being used in blasts, were confiscated.” He noted that a security man was killed in the operation, stressing that security men are pursuing other “terrorists.” (end)
