Iran condemns Istanbul bombing

TEHRAN, June 7 (KUNA) — Iran condemned in strong terms on Tuesday the “terrorist bombing” in Istanbul and expressed sorrow for deadly effects of the incident.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari, in a statement, denounced the terrorist bombing in Istanbul, expressed sympathy with families of the victims and condoled with the Turkish government and the nation on the deadly incident. He underlined the need for the international community to honestly face the threats of terrorism and extremism, according to the official news agency, IRNA.
A terrorist bombing in Istanbul on Tuesday left 11 dead. Seven victims of the terrorist bombing were police forces. (END) mw.rk
