HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HE President Serdar Berdymukhamedov of Turkmenistan, related to bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them.
The message was delivered by Acting Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan Mohamed Meshal Al Otaibi during a meeting with HE Turkmenistan Deputy Foreign Minister Matiyev Berdyniyaz.
