The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Municipalities Affairs Ministers announced on Thursday, September 8, 2022 the launch of the GCC unified building code, which was approved by the Ministerial Council to be used as a three-year guideline. The step aims to enhance coordination in the Gulf municipal field.
That was made during the 25th meeting of the committee of their Excellencies the GCC Municipalities Affairs Ministers, which was held in Riyadh last Thursday, September 8, 2022. HE Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, Minister of Municipality, headed the State of Qatar’s delegation to the meeting.
