Egypt condemns “terrorist attack” in Jordan

CAIRO, June 6 (KUNA) — Egypt condemned on Monday the “terrorist attack” which targeted the Jordanian intelligence’s office, and killed three officers and two employees.
Egyptian Foreign Ministry’s Spokesman Ahmad Abu Zeid expressed, in a statement, condolences of Egypt, government and people to victims’ families, stressing Egypt’s full support for, and solidarity with, Jordan in the face of terrorism and all measures taken to combat acts of violence and terrorism.
He renewed Egypt’s firm and constant stance calling for combating necessarily “the brutal terrorism” which runs counter to all humanitarian values and principles. (end)
