E-PLATFORM TO PROVIDE QATARI MARKET WITH 5M TURKISH PRODUCTS

Minister of Transport and Communications, HE Jassim bin Saif al-,Sulaiti and Turkish Minister of Transport, Marine Affairs and Communications, Ahmet Arslan, have launched an e-commerce platform (Turkish Souq) that will be available for the Qatari market from January 1, 2018, and will provide the local market with up to five million Turkish products.

Speaking at a press briefing on the sidelines of the International E-Commerce Conference in Turkey, HE the MoTC Minister emphasized the depth of Qatari-Turkish bilateral relations and constructive cooperation in the fields of post, transport, ports, and aviation, whose foundations were laid by HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and the Turkish President.

He said that the coming days will witness the signing of a cooperation agreement in the interest of the two fraternal countries. He added that the two sides share the same intentions that aim for developing the bilateral relations to the best format.
