HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, chaired the regular meeting held yesterday by the Cabinet at its headquarters in the Amiri Diwan.

During the meeting, the Cabinet affirmed the continuation of the precautionary procedures and measures that have been taken in order to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

After that, the Cabinet considered the below topics on the agenda:

1- Approving a draft agreement on the mutual exemption of visas for holders of diplomatic and special passports, between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
2- Approving a voluntary contribution to support the 2021 International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD) of UNESCO.
3- Reviewing the results of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum in Russia and taking the right decision.
