Bahraini PM attends UAE Embassy’s 47th National Day celebration.

Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, stated that the ties between the UAE and Bahrain are strong and distinguished, in light of the historical relations between their countries.

While attending the UAE’s 47th National Day celebration, he said, “We are keen to participate, with our brothers, on their National Day, as it is a precious occasion for us all.”

He also expressed his happiness at participating in the celebrations, which confirms the strong cooperation between Bahrain and the UAE while praising the latter’s overall achievements.

Al Khalifa visited the residence of Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, to participate in the UAE Embassy’s 47th National Day celebration.

Al Khalifa, who was received by Sheikh Sultan, expressed his satisfaction at the progressing overall ties between the UAE and Bahrain while hoping that the coming period would witness further cooperation.

He also highlighted the role of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in establishing the UAE and his wise visions and stances while praising the UAE’s support for Bahrain in various circumstances.

Sheikh Sultan thanked Al Khalifa for attending the celebration and pointed out that the visit reflects the feelings of love and brotherhood between the peoples of the two countries.

The ties between the UAE and Bahrain are strong on political, economic and social levels and are witnessing continued growth, due to the support of their leadership, he said in conclusion.
