Arab committee condemns Iran’s interference in Arab Affairs

Cairo, Mar. 11 (BNA): The four-member Arab ministerial committee tasked with following up on the crisis with Iran has strongly denounced Iran’s continuing interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries.

The committee voiced the denunciation in a press statement issued at the conclusion of its meeting held on the sidelines of the 145th session of the Council of the Arab League at the ministerial level.

The panel called on Iran to stop its interference and to give up its support to terrorist and subversive acts in Arab countries, according to the statement.

It urged Iranian officials to give up their aggressive and provocative statements against Arab countries, which violate international law, UN Charter, Arab countries’ sovereignty and good-neighborliness principles.
