Baghdad A tripartite summit was held at Baghdad Palace this afternoon, which brought together the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
