Turkish military shells Syria after rocket hit Turkish town,leaving five injured

HATAY: According to a written statement released by the Turkish General Staff, a rocket or missile fired by the Syrian army during its engagement with rebels crossed the border late on March 24 and exploded near the Cudeyde neighborhood of the Reyhanli district in the southern Turkish province of Hatay.

After the explosion took place, a 15-meter crater occurred at the area, windows of some houses were broken and two military vehicles were damaged.

Security forces conducted some inspections at the scene and kept a report.
