Shorts, documentaries to get gala screenings at 51st AltIn PortakalShort films and documentaries will get special gala screenings at the upcoming AltIn Portakal (Golden Orange) International Film Festival in Antalya, a first for the event, the publicist of the festival announced in a press release on Monday.Producer Elif DaIdeviren, the director of the 2014 festival, was quoted in the release as saying that the Antalya Cultural Center will for the first time host premieres of short films and documentaries as part of the festival.

BaIer will be accompanied by directors Emre Akay and Belma BaI, while the other jury members for the documentary film competition are filmmakers Ayla Kanbur and Cemal Gulas.The AltIn Portakal will be marking its 51st year from Oct.
