Ex-AK Party deputy successfully sues businessman over vulgar languageA former Justice and Development Party (AK Party) deputy and lawyer has won a lawsuit against pro-government businessman Mehmet Cengiz, the chairman of Cengiz Holding, who the former deputy sued because of the businessmanand#39s use of vulgar language.The former deputy, lawyer Suleyman SarIbaI, has promised to use the money awarded in the lawsuit to sponsor a new ablution area and bathroom for the mosque in his hometown.

The vulgar language was featured in a wiretapped telephone conversation leaked as part of major corruption and bribery investigations that went public on Dec. 17 and 25 of 2013.
