The controversial agreement came to light when some of the zoneand#39s business owners in IanlIurfa sent letters to the main opposition Republican Peopleand#39s Party (CHP) and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), complaining about increases in power cuts in the industrial zone.Seyit EyyuboIlu previously came to the fore when his younger son, Cenap EyyupoIlu, allegedly committed fraud by having another person take the Undergraduate Placement Examination (LYS) on his behalf last year A person who was identified only by the initials AY applied to enter the exam with his own photo but EyyupoIluand#39s identity information to obtain an entrance document identifying him as EyyupoIlu.

When the examand#39s invigilator noticed that the photo on the entrance document and on the identity card did not match, the fraud was brought to public attention.
