President Erdogan arrives in Albania

TIRANA: President Precep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Albanian capital city of Tirana as part of an official visit on Wednesday.

Erdogan was welcomed by his Albanian counterpart Bujar Nishani with an official ceremony. The two leaders entered presidency building for a tête-à-tête after national anthems of two countries were played.

Erdogan will attend groundbreaking ceremony of a mosque sponsored by Turkish Religious Foundation and business forum with Nishani during his visit.

Along with his spouse Emine Erdogan, Erdogan was accompanied with Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus, Family Minister Aysenur Islam, Interior Minister Sebahatitn Özturk and Religious Affairs Directorate President Mehmet Görmez in Albania.
