Kakha Kaladze: “Construction works in Turkey part of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway delay” – “I think the delay will end soon”

Tbilisi: “Construction works in Turkey part of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway delay. I think the delay will end soon”, Energy Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister of Georgia Kakha Kaladze told Azerbaijani journalists.

“The works in Georgian side have already been completed and trial run will be conducted as few days later. I think Turkish side also will accelerate the works”, Kaladze said.

According to Georgian Minister, the railway line in Azerbaijan and Georgia is ready for exploitation: “Georgian part of BTK railway makes 185 km and this project will be put into use in 2015”.
