Deputy PM says whole country, including deputies, should back kidnapped children

ANKARA (CIHAN)- Deputy Prime Minister Bulent ArIn commented on the kidnapped children by the terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) saying that something should be done for the children as a whole country, including all of the deputies.

The abduction was in the spotlight when eleven mothers have camped outside the pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) building in DiyarbakIr for a week, demanding the PKK bring back their children who have been kidnapped recently.

Speaking at a program, ArIn stated that what those mothers have been doing is a very innocent action and such similar actions drew great attention from the media and the public in the past. ArIn further said not only DiayrbakIr province but also the whole country should be mobilized to do something for those crying mothers as well as the deputies. “If we believe in the settlement process [with the PKK], the process will be resulted in bringing people down from the mountains,” added ArIn.
