Azerbaijani President attends opening of school in Babak district

Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during his visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic participated in the opening of secondary School №2 in the Nehram village of Babek district.

APA reports that the head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school.

The President was informed that secondary School №2 in Nehram is one of the many schools that have been built and repaired in the Autonomous Republic. The school building, with total area of 5165 square meters, consists of four floors, where 990 pupils receive education.

It was noted that the 221 schools of the Autonomous Republic can simultaneously watch live the Flag Square in the city of Nakhchivan, which enables to conduct lessons through a teleconference on various topics. School №2 too is connected to this system.
