Azerbaijani minister of emergency situations meets with newly-appointed Korean ambassador

Baku: Azerbaijani Minister of Emergency Situations Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov met with newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Korea to Azerbaijan Kim Chang-gyu on December 3.

The minister congratulated Ambassador Kim Chang-gyu on his appointment and wished him success in his activity, the ministry told APA.

Emphasizing the high-level relations between Azerbaijan and Korea, Heydarov spoke about the work done in management of emergency situations in the country and close cooperation with relevant bodies of Korea.

Ambassador Kim Chang-gyu stressed that he will spare no efforts to further develop relations between government agencies of Korea and Azerbaijan’s relevant agencies, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Moreover, the sides exchanged views on numerous issues of mutual interest.
