Armenia violates ceasefire with Azerbaijan 82 times in a day

Baku: Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire 82 times on various parts of the frontline in a day, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on June 16.

Armenian armed units, stationed in Vazashen village of Azerbaijan’s Ijevan district, fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces located in nameless uplands of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district.

Armenians also fired on Azerbaijani positions located in Kokhanabi, Aghdam and Alibeyli villages of Tovuz district from the positions located in Chinari, Mosesgekh and Aygepar villages of Berd district.

Azerbaijani positions, stationed in Gadabay district, came under fire from the Armenian positions located in nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani positions underwent fire from the positions located near Talish, Tapgaragoyunlu villages of Goranboy, Chilaburt, Goyarkh and Goyarkh villages of Terter, Shuraabad, Garagashli, Yusifjanli villages of Aghdam, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Ashaghi Abdulrahmanli, Ashaghi Seyidahmedli villages of Fuzuli, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district and nameless uplands of Goranboy, Khojavand, Jabrayil and Fuzuli districts.

The enemy was silenced by retaliatory fire.
