Armenia violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 773 times in November

Baku: In November, Armenian armed forces violated the ceasefire with Azerbajan a total of 773 times on various parts of the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armies.

According to the results of the APA’s monitoring based on the reports confirmed by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Armenian armed forces made diversion attempts opening fire from 82mm-caliber mortars and large caliber machine guns. Their attempts were prevented.

The highest number of ceasefire violations in November was recorded in the Aghdam part of the frontline, with a total of 242 times, followed by Fuzuli (139).

The ceasefire was violated 77 times in Terter district, 58 times in Jabrayil district, and 60 times in Khojavand district.

The Armenian army violated ceasefire 78 times in Goranboy district, 21 times in Tovuz district, 28 times in Gadabay district, 50 times in Gazakh district, 19 times in Goygol district, once in Aghstafa district.

2 Armenian servicemen were killed and many wounded as a result of strikes inflicted by Azerbaijani armed forces on the Armenian positions.

The Azerbaijani Army lost a serviceman and one was wounded as a result of shootout on the frontline in November.
