Abid Sharifov: All occupants of build hit by fire to be provided with houses

Baku: All occupants of the residential building in which today’s fire broke out this morning will be provided with houses during the day, Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov, who is the chairman of the state committee created under the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev over today’s massive fire that broke out in a multi-storey residential building, said in a statement to APA.

Abid Sharifov noted that if any families are not pleased with staying in those houses they will be given necessary amounts of money to rent a house.

He also added that the state will meet the funeral expenses of those killed in the fire, stressing that treatment of the injured too will be on the spotlight.

Note that, a horrific fire broke out early Tuesday morning in a 16-storey residential building in 200/36 Azadliq Avenue, Binagadi district, Baku. 14 people were killed, 50 injured in the fire.
