UAE President, VP and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince receive Eid al-Fitr greetings from world leaders.

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received congratulatory cables on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr from Heads of State of a number of Arab and Muslim countries.

The cables were sent by Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait; King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain; King Abdullah II of Jordan; King Mohammed VI of Morocco; President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan; President Emomali Rahmonov of of Tajikistan; Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers of Oman, and Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.

Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, received similar cables on the occasion from Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait; King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain; King Mohammed VI of Morocco; President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan; Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers of Oman; Dr. Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen, Secretary-General of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, OIC, and Dr. Ng Eng Hen, Minister of Defence of Singapore.
