Turkish Army Kill 26 ISIS Militants in Northern Syrian City of Al Bab

Ankara, The Turkish Army has confirmed the killing of 12 militants of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Russian airstrikes in the city of Al-Bab in northern Aleppo .

In a statement Friday, Army said that a total of 26 ISIS militants, including planners for the group, were killed in the northern Syrian city of Al-Bab during the ongoing Turkish-led Operation Euphrates Shield.

Meanwhile, one Turkish Armed Forces soldier was killed and five others were wounded in an ISIS attack in the village of Al Azraq, in the Aleppo province, it added.

Earlier on Thursday, The Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said the US -led coalition forces had failed to supply air support to Turkey-backed opposition fighters taking part in Operation Euphrates Shield against the ISIS group.
