TUNISIAN SECURITY FORCES ARREST TWO SUSPECTED OF BELONGING TO TERRORIST ORGANIZATION

Tunis, – Two persons were arrested in Northern Tunis Ariana district on suspicion of belonging to a terrorist organization.

In a press release Friday, Tunisian Interior Ministry said that as part of the surveillance operation of terrorist cells’ movements, a person was arrested in possession of a mobile phone whose content “glorifies terrorism.” The suspect confessed after investigation, that he intended to join conflict zones with another person, who was also arrested and who was supposed to facilitate the operation.
