Some debris of Flight MS804 found – EgyptAir

CAIRO, May 20 (KUNA) — EgyptAir confirmed Friday that some debris of Flight MS804, which crashed into the Mediterranean Sea en route from Paris to Cairo, was found north of Alexandria.
The airliner said that the Egyptian Armed Forces has found the debris early Friday.
EgyptAir offered condolences to the victims’ families, stressing that they will take all necessary procedures in dealing with the situation. The statement also noted that Egypt’s crisis management center is following up closely on the plane crash development.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian presidency expressed deep sorrow on the tragic incident and offered deep sympathy to the victims’ families of the crashed plane.
A statement by the presidency also thanked all countries that were involved in offering their assistance and help during the tragic incident. (end)
