Saudi Arabia Calls on UN Security Council to End Massacres in Aleppo

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia called Monday on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security and end the massacres taking place in Syria’s city of Aleppo.

This came during a session held by the Saudi cabinet chaired b King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques. The cabinet condemned the shelling of Aleppo and the suffering the city’s innocent civilians whether from killing, displacement and the siege they are put under among many other violations of human rights. The cabinet described what’s taking place in Aleppo as crimes against humanity.
