President Ghani Leaves For Qatar To Condole Former Amir’s Death

Kabul -President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani left for Qatar to express his deep condolence over the death of former Qatari Amir, Shaikh Caliph Ben-e Hamd Ale Sani, his office said Tuesday.

The president, on behalf of the government and people of Afghanistan would extend condolence to the bereaved families of the late and the people of Qatar, according to the statement.

High ranking government authorities, including minister of foreign, Salahuddin Rabbani, Afghanistan Ulama Council Chairman, Mawlavi Qeyamuddin Kashaf, minister of urban development and some other senior officials accompanied the president on his tour to Qatar.
