Kuwait needs contributions of its citizens – Amb. Al-Sharekh

KUWAIT, May 31 (KUNA) — Director General of Saud Al-Nasser Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Abdulaziz Al-Sharekh said Tuesday Kuwait needed the fresh graduates’ contributions to the development of their country.
Al-Sharekh said Kuwait was “full of talented and creative minds, which are capable of building a shiny future.” He was speaking to reporters on sidelines of a ceremony to honor graduates of the Political Sciences Department of the Social Sciences Faculty, Kuwait University (KU). The ceremony was sponsored by First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
Al-Sharekh urged the fresh graduates to help develop their country in different domains.
MP Abdullah Al-Maayouf said the graduation was only the beginning of a new life, which was full of responsibilities and challenges.
He said the labor market was full of development opportunities.
Dean of the Social Sciences Faculty Dr. Humoud Al-Qashaan said the graduation ceremony coincided with the 50th anniversary of the faculty.
He urged the graduates to avoid all methods that could destroy the society.
Director of the Political Sciences Department Dr. Hassan Johar expressed gratitude for the graduates’ parents for their help of their sons and daughters.
He said the department sent its students to participate in regional and international conferences to gain experience, while some of the distinguished students accompanied parliament speaker in some of his official tours. (end) mrv.bs
