KING VISITS ARMY HEADQUARTERS

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, Arab Army, Monday, visited the army’s headquarters.

Upon arrival, the King was welcomed by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, HRH Prince Feisal Bin Al Hussein and senior officers.

During the visit, the supreme commander held a meeting with the army chief and discussed issues of concern to the armed forces.

The King commended the high morale of the army personnel and the advanced level of army’s units.
