Jamal Sultan al-Mohammad, Head of the VIP Customers Relations Department at Qatar Postal Services Company � Qatar Post, affirmed that the new services provided by Qatar Post are positively received by government entities and institutions, especially with the renewal of Qatar Post services, in addition to providing unique products, postal services and solutions, on top of which are four special services, namely mail rooms, digital mail rooms, express mail and specialized services.

He told Al Raya Economic that more than 10 government entities and business sector entities, such as banks, are subscribed in the mail room service despite being recently launched. They also use the specialized services that are customized based on the customer’s choice and needs, in addition to benefiting from the wide mail network in delivering and distributing postal services through an integrated digital system, while following up with mails and ensuring flexible hours to the public entities that suit the working hours at ministries or institutions.
