Foreign Ministry’s Secretary General Visits Islamic Cultural Center Project in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr. Ahmed Al Hammadi has paid an inspection visit to the Islamic cultural center building project in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana, accompanied by Grand Mufti Nedzad Grabus President of the Islamic Authority in Ljubljana, and the accompanying delegation.

HE Dr. Al Hammadi was briefed on the development stages of the project which is expected to be opened soon. He commended the efforts made in order to establish this center.

For his part, the Grand Mufti praised the great role and attention of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani for the establishment of this center, which he described as the first major Islamic project in Region.

The visit was attended by HE Qatar’s non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Slovenia Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri.
