The Chadian authorities have decided to close the Qatari embassy in Ndjamena, offering its diplomats and officials ten days’ grace, to finally leave the country, accusing Doha to have worked to destabilise the central African country, through operations originating from Libya.

A statement by the Chadian foreign ministry, said that, due to continuous involvement of the State of Qatar, in attempts, originating from Libya, Chad’s northern neighbouring country, to destabilise Chad, the Chadian authorities have decided to close the Qatari embassy, in the capital Ndjamena, giving its diplomats and officials a ten-day grace period to leave the country, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
