Al-Ghanim heads to Cairo for meetings on Palestine, childhood

KUWAIT, May 29 (KUNA) — Speaker of National Assembly Marzouq Al-Ghanim, accompanied by a parliamentary delegation, will fly to Cairo on Monday, tomorrow, to take part in the third conference of Arab parliamentarians on childhood issues.
He also will chair a meeting which features speakers of Arab parliaments, who are member states of the committee tasked with the Palestinian cause, to support the Palestinian steadfastness.
The meeting will be held at the Arab League headquarters on May 31 and will run until June 1.
The delegation includes deputy of Parliamentary Caucus MP Faisal Al-Shaya and its secretary MP Humoud Al-Hamdan, and head of Foreign Affairs Committee MP Kamel Al-Awadhi. (end)
