Turkish Day celebrated in New Jersey with great joy

NEW JERSEY (CIHAN)- Thousands of Turks living in the US marked 9 th Turkish Day and Festival in New Jersey with celebrations in New Jersey on Saturday.

The festival, attended by Consulate General of Turkey to New York Levent Bilgen and Patterson Mayor Jeffrey Jones, held by the Federation of Turkish American Associations (TADF).

As part of the festival, Turks marched from Paterson to Clifton Turkish flags. In Clifton, traditional Turkish meals were offered to Turkish and American people.

Speaking during the festival, Bilgen stated that Turkish people are the real ambassadors and envoys between Turkey and the US.
