Suspect says defending his manhood in murder of musician DeIer Deniz

The defendant in the trial over the rape of a 14-year-old girl, 22-year-old Y.T., has been given a reduced sentence by the court based on his good behavior.
Y.T. was initially sentenced to 14 years in jail by the Diyarbakir 2nd High Criminal Court, but the court has decreased this sentence due to good behavior. He will now serve a sentence of 11 years and eight months.
The rape took place in November 2012. According to court testimony, the man took the teenager to the andciftkapi neighborhood of Diyarbakir and pushed her up against a wall. When she resisted, Y.T. hit her on the head with a rock and she lost consciousness. It was then that Y.T. raped the young girl.
Court documents further indicate that after the incident the girland’s mother noticed her daughterand’s abdomen growing larger and took her to the hospital where doctors told them that Z.B. was eight-and-a-half months pregnant. A paternity test concluded that Y.T. is the childand’s father.

The victim testified: and”He beat me and I fainted. When I woke up, he was sitting and laughing and looking at me. I threw a rock that I found at him.andquot When my mother asked about the bruising on my face, I told her it was from getting mugged. After some time, I gained weight and my mother took me to the doctor and we learned that I was pregnant.and”
