Soldier killed in clashes on 9th day of curfew in Silvan

A soldier was killed on Wednesday in clashes between the terrorist Kurdistan Workersand’ Party (PKK) and security forces in the Silvan district of the province of Diyarbakir, which has been under curfew since Nov. 3.
The Dogan news agency reported that another soldier was also injured in the operation, which was launched to sweep the terrorists out of the district. An extensive operation was launched on Wednesday following a bomb attack on Tuesday by the PKK which injured 21 soldiers.
