Putin visits Crimea for the first time after annexation

SIMFEROPOL (CIHAN)- Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Crimea on Friday for the first time after annexation.

Russian President arrived in historic port city of Sevastopol to attended massive Victory Day military parades.
Meanwhile on May 9th as the victory day over Nazi forces in World War II is being celebrated.

Similar Victory Day celebrations were planned for later Friday in Sevastopol where the news agencies said Putin had landed after having made no mention of Ukraine in his Moscow speech.
