Landslide in northeast Turkey kills 2

Heavy rainfall in northeastern Turkeyand’s Artvin province resulted in a landslide that killed two people on Thursday.
Showers began on Wednesday morning and continued through the day and night, which brought on a landslide. On Wednesday, the landslide cost the life of a three-year-old child by the name of Zandumra Naz Durmui.
On Thursday, a man named Kamil Kara was killed in the village of ibrikli. The landslide has caused slow transportation in the region. Roads have been flooded and cars have been devastated by the natural disaster.
The Borandcka and Murgul districts have experienced the worst effects of the landslide. Artvin Governor Kemal Cirit announced on Thursday a two-day break for schools due to the dangerous conditions in these districts.
