Greek PM Tsipras arrives in Ankara

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras came to Ankara as part of official visits on Wednesday.

Tsipras had arrived to İstanbul for a series of visit on Tuesday. Watching Turkey-Greece friendly match with his counterpart Davutoglu, Tsipras came to Ataturk Airport guesthouse for going to Ankara. Ataturk Airport local authority Mehmet Ali Ulutas welcomed Tsipras at the airport. Tsipras and the delegation flied to Ankara by a private airplane at 10:20 p.m.

Scheduled to hold business visits in Ankara, Tsipras is going to meet Davutoglu. Following the meeting, the leaders are expected to hold a joint press conference. Tsipras is also expected to come together with Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu and Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP)’s co-chair Selahattin Demirtas.
