EEA Real Estate Forum: Actual forecasts and unique experience

What investment prospects are there for Eastern Europe and Central Asia? What are the peculiarities of each separate market? What new prospects will reach Georgia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan’s markets, as a part of the New Silk Way Program? Why do international hotel operators actively enter Georgian market and what can receive the country from the emergence of international hotel chanes?

These and many other questions will be discussed during the EEA Forum on November 26, 2015 in Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv. The event is hosted by Ukrainian Real Estate Club &

The EEA will bring together speakers from leading development, consulting and legal companies, as well as international hotel operators and world’s financial organizations.

Speakers are going to discuss actual topics on regional market’s development – Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. The discussion will be held in the form of panel discussion. There will be three discussion panels in total.

The first discussion panel will be on Ukraine and Belarus’s real estate markets. Speakers will discuss business and investment attractiveness of the countries, peculiar features of doing business, main risks for investors in Ukraine and Belarus. Moreover, it is expected to discuss plans and strategies for local and international companies in the context of nowadays realities and new trends at the commercial real estate market.

Speakers will present large-scale projects and tell about their role in enhancing investment and business attractiveness of the region, as well as investment opportunities in the CIS countries.

Speakers, including representatives of the world’s largest hotel operators, will tell about investment attractiveness of Georgia in hotel real estate and development, they will also explain, how international hoteliers selected projects for their brands and how this affects the attractiveness of the region for tourism and further investments. Representatives of hotel operators and developers will present their projects in Tbilisi and Batumi.
