Court rejects Arif Yunus’s petition

Baku: Nasimi District Court has today considered the petition filed by employee of the Institute for Peace and Democracy Arif Yunus to commute his imprisonment to home arrest.

The court rejected the petition, lawyer Khalid Baghirov told APA.

Arif Yunus is charged under the Criminal Code’s articles #274 (state betray), #178.3.2 (swindle).
