CHP leader calls for equanimity following mine explosion

ISTANBUL (CIHAN)- Leader of the main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) Kemal KIlIdaroIlu has called for equanimity for Turkish people for the mine explosion which killed more than 200 miners.

Speaking to the reporters, KIlIdaroIlu expressed his grief for tragic explosion and said some officials from the CHP arrived in Soma, where the accident took place, to look into event closely.

KIlIdaroIlu extended his condolences to Turkish nation and called for people to be calm following the incident.
