Bomb laden car in front of police station disposed in southern Turkey

Police disposed a vehicle which was loaded with bomb and in front of a police station in the southern province of Adana’s Seyhan district on Tuesday morning.

Reportedly, the car was parked by unknown assailants at around 6 a.m. and opened fire to the police station. When the police officers responded them, the assailants escaped the scene. The officers noticed the bomb in the car and took security measures in the area. A bomb disposal expert detonated the bomb. Windows of shops and houses were broken and some vehicles were damaged in the area.

Police launched a detailed search to find the assailants.
