Azerbaijan warns its citizens in Belgium against terror threat

Baku: Azerbaijan urges its citizens living in Belgium to avoid crowded places and comply with the security rules set by the local law enforcement agencies, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev said on Nov.23.

The Azerbaijani embassy in Belgium is operating in emergency mode with full staff due to the threat of terror attack, Hajiyev said.

“Azerbaijan’s mission to NATO is also operating in accordance with safety rules set by the organization,” he added.
